Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask within 7 days of your team's first payment for it and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per team. The plan ends when the refund is issued and the team moves to the Free plan.

• Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and no further payments are taken.
• After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded, in whole or in part.
• Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of the current period, so there is nothing to refund.
• Moving to a more expensive plan takes effect at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period, as shown before you confirm.

Browser and AI runs beyond your plan's allowance are charged for the runs that took place, and are not refunded. You can see your usage on the billing page at any time.

• Billing mistakes. If we charge you twice, charge the wrong amount, or charge you after you cancelled, we refund the amount that should not have been charged, in full.
• Long outages. If the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a fault on our side, we refund 25% of that month's plan fee for each full 24 hours, up to the whole fee. Ask within 30 days of the outage.
• Changes we make. If we materially reduce what your paid plan includes, or close your account for reasons other than a breach of our terms, we refund the unused part of your current period.

Email support@obsrvly.com from your account's email address, with your team name and the date of the payment. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are made in US dollars, the currency you paid in. We do not cover differences caused by exchange rates or your bank's fees.

Please talk to us before raising a dispute with your bank. While a chargeback is open, we may suspend paid features on the team.
